Job Title:

Zoho Developer (HR, Inventory & Books Modules)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in customizing and integrating Zoho applications, specifically Zoho People (HR module), Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Deluge scripting, workflow automation, custom modules, API integrations, and the ability to build end-to-end solutions that streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Zoho HR (People) Module:
   • Configure and customize Zoho People for employee lifecycle management (onboarding, leave, attendance, performance).
   • Implement workflows for approval processes (leave requests, expense claims).
   • Design custom forms, reports, and dashboards for HR analytics.
2. Zoho Inventory Module:
   • Set up and configure inventory management workflows including stock tracking, purchase orders, and vendor management.
   • Create custom functions for automated reordering, stock alerts, and billing.
   • Integrate Inventory with Zoho Books for seamless financial operations.
3. Zoho Books Module:
   • Customize invoicing, estimates, and expense management workflows.
   • Automate accounting processes such as payment reminders and reconciliations.
   • Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations (e.g., GST, VAT).
4. Custom Development & Scripting:
   • Write Deluge scripts for custom workflows and functions across modules.
   • Create custom APIs and integrate with third-party applications (CRM, ERP, eCommerce platforms).
   • Develop Zoho Creator apps when additional functionality is required.
5. Integration & Automation:
   • Build Zoho Flow integrations for cross-app automation.
   • Connect Zoho apps with external systems via REST APIs.
   • Manage integrations with payment gateways, email systems, and other third-party tools.
6. Reporting & Dashboards:
   • Build advanced Zoho Analytics dashboards for HR, Inventory, and Finance KPIs.
   • Generate automated scheduled reports for management.
7. Maintenance & Support:
   • Provide ongoing technical support for Zoho apps.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, APIs, and custom functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Zoho People, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator for building custom applications.
• Good understanding of Zoho Flow and Zoho Analytics.
• Experience with REST APIs for third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles (for Zoho Books customization).
• Familiarity with HR processes, inventory workflows, and financial operations.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to manage multiple Zoho projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho Certified Developer (Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People).
• Experience with eCommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Knowledge of custom widgets using HTML/CSS/JS within Zoho.
• Understanding of GDPR and data security compliance.

• Zoho One Suite (People, Inventory, Books, CRM, Creator, Flow, Analytics).
• Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom widgets.
• REST APIs and Webhooks.
