OUTPUT: LINKEDLIST WITHOUT FIRST ELEMENT
DATA STRUCTURE: SINGLY LINKEDLIST

STEP 1: PTR=HEADER->LINK
STEP 2: HEADER->LINK=PTR->LINK
STEP 3: FREE(PTR)
